Overview:
As part of my Digital Marketing program, I worked on a strategic project to develop a complete marketing plan for Audi On Demand Travel Experience — a service concept offering curated luxury travel packages paired with premium Audi vehicles.
What I Did:
✅ Strategized a Multi-Channel Marketing Plan including paid search, social media, influencer collaborations, content marketing, and PR.
✅ Conducted Market Segmentation & Persona Development targeting Adventure Seekers, Family Tourists, and Luxury Travelers in the NYC region.
✅ Designed a comprehensive Pricing, Promotion & Distribution strategy focused on driving first-time user adoption and brand loyalty.
✅ Developed Financial Projections & Return on Investment (ROI) estimation for Year 1, projecting $16.5M revenue with 266% ROI.
✅ Collaborated in creating a detailed website content framework and app features focused on luxury, ease of booking, and personalized experiences.
✅ Analyzed competitors & developed a Perceptual Map to position Audi On Demand against industry players like Turo & Porsche Drive.
