From Dream to Degree

I still remember the day I first pictured myself studying in New York City—a place that’s equal parts chaotic and creative, where every block pulses with ambition. Today, that dream is my reality. I’m officially a graduate of the Master of Science in Digital Marketing and Media from the Katz School of Science and Health at Yeshiva University—an achievement that feels both surreal and empowering. 💙

The Journey: From Idea to Arrival

Coming from India, pursuing higher education abroad felt like a bold step – logistically, emotionally, and financially. But the vision was clear: I wanted to sharpen my expertise in the fast-moving world of digital marketing, and NYC was the perfect classroom. The city has been more than just a backdrop; it’s been a living case study in branding, culture, and media evolution.

I chose Katz for its industry-aligned curriculum, brilliant faculty, and real-world projects that pushed me beyond the textbooks. From Google Ads certifications to AI-driven market analysis, every assignment challenged me to think bigger, act smarter, and stay curious. I explored everything from predictive analytics and CRM strategies to SEO, social media content creation, and paid media campaigns.

The Capstone, the Certifications, the Confidence

Some of my proudest moments included presenting an AI-driven brand analysis of Hilton, earning certifications in Google Analytics and Google Search, and leading social media campaigns that combined data with creativity. I also worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant and Teaching Assistant – roles that allowed me to apply what I learned in real time and support my peers along the way.

And yes, I went full “marketing student” with my grad cap , I decorated it with the message: “HIRE ME” – because I’m not just proud of how far I’ve come, I’m ready for what’s next.

Yes, I said it with my cap – I’m ready to contribute, create, and grow.
