Why is STARBUCKS ‘My FAVORITE’ BRAND – 

I am going to discuss why I picked STARBUCKS as my favourite brand from a marketing point of view.
The brand provides a premium coffee experience, setting the bars higher for its competitors. With an excuse to step outside, do a little walk and refresh myself ,it rewards me with a delectable coffee.

I was moved by their story of how Starbucks became such a premium brand in spite of having a handful of stores for the first two decades of their history. The brand had an ambitious vision that seemed almost bizarre for a little company, but this audacious aspiration to build a unique company was reinforced by a significant principle that is to put customer satisfaction before the profits. This principle became a benchmark as the company spread out its thousands of stores across the country as well as around the world.

It all starts with the promise of providing the perfect beverage and the brand has made it beyond,by connecting with their customers,laughing with them,making them feel welcomed in their stores. This has provided Starbucks a huge loyal customer base.

The brand is constantly evolving and coming up with new ideas. They are always looking for new tactics and creative ways to improve their coffee, services and customer experience. Although not every innovation is successful, the gist is to keep trying, having a positive attitude and never giving up. 

Overall, it may be said that Starbucks has successfully constructed an emotional connection between its product and customer, where the brand has created a culture and has made their customers feel like they are a part of it by encouraging them to visit again, providing gift cards, coupons , birthday rewards and so on. The company appraises customer feedback and implements changes accordingly. This shows how seriously they take their customers, how their opinion matters and how dedicated Starbucks is to provide the best possible experience to its customers.
